Still taking our union subs and not listening to the workforce. Not gonna have hardly any staff left martin. And its summer the ,,,, quiet period !
Just withdraw your subs then.
Cheers sean for your groundbreaking comment. Do you think the union are doing well for the workforce esp the older long term posties?

We ain't even officially finishing earlier on the Saturday neither in our office. We're done now ten minutes later compared to the old finish time ☠️ So not really got many benefits, but oh we get to work later on a Wednesday though during school traffic 🤡
Similar in ours we are finishing an hour later on saturdays
But you have more Saturdays off in a year don’t you? That was what was touted. Earlier finish only applies if you voted for that duty pattern.

Yeah iirc one of the 9 day fortnight options was a 6 hour Saturday obv longer weekdays, can't find the details now but I wonder if there was more people in on Saturday as we're up to time now on a 7.40 Saturday so 6 hours wouldn't work

People are starting to realise also that there is no such thing as an ‘easy’ Saturday under this new system.

Absolutely. The CWJ is not an independent trade union free from industry interference.

It’s incredible how you twist it round and let RM entirely off the hook for being run by a bunch of incompetents who begin dismantling agreements the second the ink is dry.

I had a good laugh when I heard a WPC complain that the light days in Heavy & Light weren't easy :d'oh!

It's back to 2006 volumes, baby, just without any of the motivation anyone had back then to shift a mountain in three and a bit hours.
The machine stops.

Yep, Saturday is catch up day, no chance of non drivers staying inside prepping d2ds, they are being sent out to deliver stuff that hasn't gone out.

Its a farce
D2d supposedly to be prepped in before mon not happening
D2ds meant to be completed over the week
I counted 34 walks with substantial amounts in frames
Posties still taking where they are going
Managers not caring
Unions dm 26 will collapse at xmas

The CWU fails to meet the definition of an independent trade union as defined by the TUC. What the bosses do isn't our concern. How the CWU reacts is. Collectivism stops agreements being broken.

All we’re waiting for is Martin Walsh to say

‘It was the best we could achieve, there was nothing on the table, they wouldn’t talk to us’ blah blah blah
