Tracking number is RN373422073GB
Sent it on the 16th tracked and signed, says it left the UK from Langley and takes you to the German site, where it has no info. Typed the tracking into the site and nothing. My guess is that it could be waiting to fly out there or has it got lost?
CN22 was attached but I never add the commodity codes on I just describe what’s in the parcel, date and sign it. Would that have any effect? I send things globally and they all arrive it’s just Europe is now an issue

My guess is that its stuck in German Customs and hasn't yet been released.

Hmm possibly ! Is it not supposed to be scanned in when it arrives though? I would have thought it would at least say it’s in Germany or in German customs if that were the case

Apart from a handful of countries as a rule, no country scans items until they get released from customsC2019 wrote: ↑04 Mar 2021, 18:25gt94sss2 wrote: ↑04 Mar 2021, 18:10My guess is that its stuck in German Customs and hasn't yet been released.
