lost at Langley

Post by josimon »

my parcel was lost at HMDC Langley. it arrived there on 9th November and has not yet arrived in ireland. Royal mail said it went there on 10th November and Ireland have no trace of it. Phoned twice and looked at their website. It contains irreplaceable documents. Feel like i'm going mad.

You haven’t included a question in that, or anything that we can work with.

We might be able to provide some advice if you tell us the tracking number or copy & paste the tracking information into the thread.

I don't know if items going to Ireland go by air, but if they do, there could be a problem with any lithium batteries. What's the contents? It could be that something in the parcel isn't allowed in Ireland

It appears to be stuck in customs at the Irish end.

have you made an enquiries about it yet? Royal mail say mine has gone on a flight but i cannot see it in the tracking. Ireland say they have not got it.
hope you get it resolved.
