Really really appreciate your time here. I didn't know printed matter was in the list of potentially prohibited items. As with most former Soviet countries (and some others), Kazakhstan has prohibitions on printed matter. The rule is fairly broad. I can’t say that the comic book is banned, it depends on the content. However, it is likely that Royal Mail have stopped it while they check if it is allowed into Kazakhstan. For more information, see:
