My item have been stuck at the processing center since 20/02/2018. My tracking number is RF524032182SG. Please I want to know what is going on.

Hi did you get your parcel in the end?

I have a parcel that also arrived in UK on 20/02/2018 but has still not being delivered it was sent from China.

Yes, his was delivered today according to track and trace, but the same thing that caused his delay will also have an impact on your delivery.

Namely, the main delay is usually in Customs and Royal Mail have no control over that. But also the recent, and the ongoing spell of bad weather is causing delays within the RM network.

A deeper look at Track and trace and I think he had VAT to pay if that's the case with yours, that will add to the delays.

TBH I don't mind the VAT etc its that unknown period of wondering that drives me crazy.

Anyway fingers crossed mine appears on the system early next week.

Royal Mail doesn't recognise that format of tracking so its possible we aren't delivering it. If we are then it probably won't be scanned and tracked.

Could it be going to a warehouse somewhere in the general Heathrow area, who then post it into Royal Mail's system with a Royal Mail tracking number?

Can someone help I have no clue where my parcel is it’s saying it’s arrived at processing centre” but what does that mean? Is it in the uk? I ordered on the 5.2.2021 and it’s now 25th March

I Have a similar issue. I have a tracking number that has not been updated since Mar 12 which was to say that it had arrived at the land to ground processing centre. I cant seem to get an update on this from the sender. What does it mean and where is it?
Ref number is LB002608377CN

Looks like it is still in China and they are having problems loading it onto and aircraft, or perhaps they sent it by sea.

Significant delays to deliveries in China
We're experiencing significant delays to items being processed and delivered in China. Whilst items destined for China are leaving the UK on time, flight cancellations and the redirection of all incoming export items via Shanghai means there are considerable delays to items being processed and delivered. This has created a backlog with China Post, which will take some time to clear. We're monitoring the situation closely, and will provide updates as we get them. Please be aware that items destined for China are taking considerably longer to be delivered than usual.

Items are leaving the UK for all other overseas destinations on time, but we're experiencing delays to a number of EU countries as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe, however delays should be expected as a result of Covid-19 measures. The number of countries we can access is changing daily.
If there are delays to China, I would expect the reverse would also be true, even though China Post haven't mentioned it.
