Post by jamesfan222 »

Hi all

It sounds to me like the first item was rejected by UK customs (maybe somebody who works for Royal Mail can clarify). If so, it would be helpful to know what is inside.

So why wouldn't parcel show as arriving at Langley? Anyone?

If its a knock off, or fake T-shirt, then its possible that customs rejected it.

However without the output from the tracking its difficult to say with any certainty, and if even if you did post the tracking info, its still not certain we could help.

The packets from China are very hit and miss, some are tracked some aren't. Some are routed incorrectly by china post, some aren't. Some tracked from China don't have a reciprocal agreement with the UK so aren't tracked. Also some of it simply comes through the wrong stream but still ends up getting delivered.

I'm pretty sure they don't inform you of any investigation, or even if they rejected it. I hope that you have applied for a refund from the seller. As for the other one, it's slightly late but not massively so, and I don't think you necessarily get a tracking point it enters Langley, normally only when it leaves.
