For the past week my item has shown the following status on the USPS website "Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on July 1, 2015 at 6:22 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."
On the Parcel Force website it is showing as 'Advised'
Is it normal for this process to take as long as this? I've never had this happen before!
It was sent via Priority Mail International Parcels from USPS.
Thanks!

Re: USPS tracking problem
It's could be stuck in customs.
Could you give the tracking number a go at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; just in case it's been routed to go through RM instead of ParcelForce?

Re: USPS tracking problem
Just out of interest is there a way of contacting customs or anyone outside of the courier to see what's going on?
