my girlfriend send me a non dox package last july 03, 2014, and she ask how many days that i will receive this package they told her 3 to 4 weeks but until now I did not receive any package.. can i ask if the session id can find the tracking number.. the session ID-4-377208 date:03/07/2014 weight-1.160kg...

No afraid not - as far as I know that's just a receipt printed off the Post Offices Horizon system.
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.

why should not to be afraid she is from london and im here in riyadh.. and its already two months now

"Afraid not" - this is the polite way in Britain of saying sorry what you are asking for cannot be done.

Also we are not Royal Mail, we are a separate and independent website for their employees. So we can't explain why you have not got it yet.

Did she sent it by a tracked service if so then she may be able to get the number from the Post Office she sent it from. But the chances are very very low.

That's correct: the number quoted is the transaction number generated by the till. It doesn't tell us anything useful about the package and the Post Office do not retain a searchable database of transactions. If the lady in question sent the parcel by a tracked service then it will be shown on the receipt in the format 2 letters then 9 numbers then 2 letters: this would be helpful in checking what happened. Also, what was inside the package? It might have fallen foul of IATA regulations or local customs.
