Hello can you have grant me some information what I should to do. I order phone on aliexpress. Chinese send me this item by Sweden Post. 7 August phone arrived on Heathrow DC and still I did not receive item. I call to Royal Mail customer and they doesn't have parcel.. Futher i call to HM revenue and they also doesn't have this parcel in your system. I am very upset and frustrated . I don't now what i should to do... There's no any contact with hwdc it is ridiculous.. What can i do in this situation?

Ps. Sorry for my English but I still learn.

All you can do is contact supplier and advise them they should refund or replace. They should then deal with Sweden Post, who will deal with Royal Mail. This is all in line with selling laws and international postal agreements.

So it is only way? Maybe is still on heathrow and waiting for hm clearence ? I was reading on this forum that people had the same status and waiting for parcel by 20-30 days..

Its certainly possible, but the HWDC has no direct customer phone numbers, so there is no way to call them. You could just wait and hope it turns up eventually, its your choice as they say.
