I really don't think going on strike is the answer Post people because:-

1) I get my daily post in the afternoon so the service is already dreadful and can only get better.
2) 90% of my mail is junk mail
3) 5 % of my mail are bills/info that also comes into my email account
4) 5% of my mail are parcels that Yodel/DHL/UPS/FED EX?TNT could bring me if you lot can't.

As the topic suggests, this is something I would like you to consider.

Crazy logic - they are already working us too hard (read the posts around the forum) and you want us to up the rate to show how good we are. Mind you I don't expect you to research a subject you feel qualified to comment on when you couldn't even chose the correct rank for your membership here.

We are already brilliant but our employer wants to reward that brilliance by reducing our terms and conditions.
