Incoming tracked international item stuck at mail centre

Hi All

I could do with some advice, have an incoming packet tracked delivery from Canada, which according to there website has been delivered to me! NOT

yet my postie said try putting the code into the royal mail tracking and according to that its being prepared for dispatch overseas?

It arrived in the UK on the 23rd of August, so it been in the UK for 17 days now.

Tracking number is LX001555616CA

The royal mail website is pants for this scenario, all phone numbers just send you round in circles.

So any advice folks?

stange the number typed into here http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; says its in a PO Box - your not call and collect or a regular visitor to the callers office at Rushden DO are you.

Pop down with ID and see if they can shed any light on it would be my suggestion. Or ask for a redelivery

It turns out that there was a customs charge to pay, but our non regular postie didnt put a card through the door.

But i have my item now, so all is well
