I ordered a new phone yestrday and chose the express delivery guarantee by 1pm but i haven't received any postage.
i've tracked it on royal mail and it says this
Your item with reference AD0**535707GB is currently progressing through our network.
Your item is currently progressing through our network for delivery.
Also when i ordered on amazon i order in the morning so that wouldn't be a problem (ordered before 1pm)
i've been at home all day aswell so i haven't received any red card.
:(
can anyone shed some light?

Although Special Delivery is about 99% efficient, it isn't perfect.
It seems for whatever reason, it has failed to be delivered by 1pm.
If that's what you paid for, claim it back.

Only someone in Luton is going to be able to explain why your SD has failed.
If you haven't had any post today, it might still arrive ......just late.
RM customer services have got a twitter thing which apparently is quite good.
They might be able to answer your questions.
