Hey there. I'm aware an item may have left the UK and the journey may not be updated. However, is it possible for this to have happened after receiving the "Item Received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC" scan, or does the item first need to receive the Item Leaving UK scan? The item hasn't updated in 10 days, and not sure if it could have left the UK after receiving that first scan?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Regarding International Departure.
Generally you get a "leaving the UK' scan when it, er, leaves the UK.
One reason why it can get held up at that stage of the process is that there is an issue with the receiving country. Another is customs issues, as per this thread:

Very hard to throw any more light on this unless you tell us the contents and the destination country.
