The two pay deals are in value terms exactly the same.FilthyBloke wrote: ↑16 Apr 2023, 10:29Somebody worked out one of them is worth £500 less than the other.Sbutts8182 wrote: ↑16 Apr 2023, 10:26Backdate what? The delivery staff have always vastly outnumbered processing staff so any vote gets decided on by them . Look, we all know if the union recommends a Yes vote the membership will vote for it . They will see the £ sign and not worry about the detailsmilly wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 21:50You are quite correct, it will be Delivery Staff that make or break this deal.aiden01 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 21:21Just rem if its voted in it will be voted in by del staff as they outnumber processing by at least 3-1 so enuf crap about where people work ffs.enskied wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 19:29AHH , you work in processing.milly wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 19:12Not really how much more money were you willing to lose?another £1500?
Then what kind of deal would you be looking at to get your 3k back?
Nuff said
I think most people have had enough of this saga.
If the deal is approved I may have to remind our more Millitant colleagues that it was you lot that voted for it.

just wondering if all the strikebreakers (you know who you are) will give their £1500 lump sum to a charity, as you really don't deserve to be rewarded from your colleagues dedication to the cause !

No. Because if it wasn’t for people like you I would have had a bigger pay rise last time.
I deserve every penny of this.

Just like you probably gave away the money and dividend payments from your free shares to charity.

The ''original deal'' on offer before industrial action was 2% with some form of 3.5% when all their changes were agreed to make it 5.5%FilthyBloke wrote: ↑16 Apr 2023, 11:36The original deal was about 7% over 2 years and a 2% lump sum.Acca Dacca wrote: ↑16 Apr 2023, 11:26Explain that oneFilthyBloke wrote: ↑16 Apr 2023, 11:24No. Because if it wasn’t for people like you I would have had a bigger pay rise last time.
