Lets hope there's some leaks before Tuesday for me its about pay and ihr benefits and also working longer and later in winter months as for later starts if they max it to an hour they've got a result also would take 6 per cent now as it might not be there next year but everyone has there own opinions

It is 8% over 2 years. You have already had 2% last year.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

If by immediate, you mean over the next 3 years, after agreeing to radical changes, sure. Another one who doesn’t bother to read proposals.postslippete wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 18:462yearpostie wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 18:27If its voted down, what happens?

Well, it's not going to fold overnight as the company were immediately planning on giving us all a 10% pay increase.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Ok, it is still a ‘3 year deal’. One year of it we are already into, considering how long this s**t-show has been going on for. Hardly an overnight 10% raise.clashcityrocker wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 19:05It is 8% over 2 years. You have already had 2% last year.

Wardy and Fury didn't think that was good enough so we may get an improved offer.clashcityrocker wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023, 19:05It is 8% over 2 years. You have already had 2% last year.
