I can only speak for my office and I can tell you , strikes will be the end of any bargaining power we have left and the union know that which is why they are holding off and trying to get a deal , we’ve done the strikes it didn’t change anything.

Not possible, the earliest dates are now late April, but I can't see what good it would do, striking on Black Friday at the end of last year didn't work so I can't see strikes in the Spring having much impact at all.

We are getting screwed. You literally got Ricky telling you yesterday the only way forward is to accept the terms they've brought in but these dummies still saying progress has been made. There is no way anyone can defend this now.

Ricky also said rest of revisions will be implemented in the next 4 weeks. Why this alone wasn't commented on by the union I don't know?
