As well as the RB board, ST & co going, the union PEC need to go as well. I don't have any faith in them anymore, they seem as useless as a chocolate teapot.

To the PEC:

PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND GET SOME STRIKE DATES ANNOUNCED!!!

I can only speak for my office and I can tell you , strikes will be the end of any bargaining power we have left and the union know that which is why they are holding off and trying to get a deal , we’ve done the strikes it didn’t change anything.

Not possible, the earliest dates are now late April, but I can't see what good it would do, striking on Black Friday at the end of last year didn't work so I can't see strikes in the Spring having much impact at all.

We don't have ANY bargaining power except for strike action. Yes they never budged at xmas but 1&2 days are useless. We need to hit them harder.

We are getting screwed. You literally got Ricky telling you yesterday the only way forward is to accept the terms they've brought in but these dummies still saying progress has been made. There is no way anyone can defend this now.
Ricky also said rest of revisions will be implemented in the next 4 weeks. Why this alone wasn't commented on by the union I don't know?

I am not saying strikes are the answer but something needs to get a deal done .
peoples health is being affected.

I understand but people losing money again for nothing is not the answer either, let’s see how things progress.

And how would that help us get a deal with a company on the verge of administration ? Pointless.

So what the hell was the point in a ballot for strike action then? Do you really think they are just going to give us a deal cos they like us? Dream on

It’s to show that the workforce back their union, a strike mandate doesn’t necessarily mean strike action, it’s a bargaining tool.
