I have been in the job just under 2 years, anyone know if I’m still eligible to apply for VR as im still in employment with Royal Mail when the redundancy offer is there? Thanks

That app isn't compatible with my iPhone or my Macbook....

Anyway to get around this other than buying a £1,000 iPhone or £1,400 Macbook?..... it's bloody ridiculous!

I do not have the people app is there any other way, not bothered about waiting until the 27th I'll go today

What’s going to be the compromise on v r terms. Would the union get another 6 months tops. Royal Mail have already said you won’t get 2 years so where does that leave us ?

I don't think there will be a compromise on this issue - by the sounds of it RM might have the magic 6000 on THEIR terms ...

The strike plan and general campaign is what's weakened the unions hand not this.

The previous VR preference exercises would have been based on the 2 years MTSF payout though

People right now registering they would accept these inferior terms DOES weaken the unions hand when it comes to getting a better payout than whats being offered

There isnt one.
