How about you respect people's right to reject what they deem to be unfit and leave the propaganda out of it and stop trying to attack good honest people when they just want to defend their rights. I agree with your post that you deleted by the way

You made over 12,000 posts on here. Troll vibes. That's just sad tbh. Have a good weekend. Maybe get a hobby? I was talking about your needless insult, not the deal debate.
Be better.

I probably would consider the £1500 together with the 6% now and 2% next year , but not tampering with the sick policy. Unfortunately that won't happen and will be voting no!

Still at 78% despite all the hard work by today's serial posters.
I'm turning purple!

The only thing these results tell me is that most of the people who use this website favour a no vote.
The majority of the people on this website probably come from very similar psycho- & demo-graphic. The majority work delivery, are of a certain age, motivated enough to join and so on. When we add staff from other areas, the old workers who wouldn't dream of coming on here (generalising but still I work with plenty that and just waiting for the opportunity to leave), and apathetic groups, then the results could really be anything.
But still, it is fun watching K9 work so hard and not convince anyone.

This has to be one of the biggest sell outs in union history. Wave the white flag and then claim victory. It would sound funny if it wasn't so serious.
An awful 3 year pay deal (inc last year) with a massive attack on all our T&C . While we lost wages striking , the union could at least have given everyone a £20 food gift voucher but they are too busy fattening their bank accounts and giving Labour millions in donations. Zilch for the members.
Dave Ward on 12K a month . I have no doubt his expenses account would be even more eye watering - would probably make a politicians expenses look like a childs pocket money. This union is a disgrace only serving themselves .
I will be voting NO - then with regret I will be cancelling my subs and gaining an extra 1% pay rise.

I think we have finally agreed on something. I can't understand some people's logic.
People complain about the tax on the lump sum but not on the payrise.
I also can't understand the amount of Left wingers on here who sound like Tories when it comes to paying tax and national insurance.
The vote here doesn’t surprise me. I expect the actual vote to get through but it might well be close.

I don't accept the shift in working hours. Many took this job on because the hours suited them for picking up kids at school or going to the football for 3 on a Saturday. Weekends for me are short enough, they already took away our 1 in 4 Saturday and replaced them with 1 in 6 and now they want us to work til 4pm giving it an extremely short weekend for 5 weekends in a row.
This is a huge NO from me.
