Hi All. I had a parcel sent from China which arrived at HWDC Langley which has not had any tracking information since it arrived with them on August the 6th... It's now 10th of September and is only a small package so don't think it's subject to customs anyway, so why does this happen and stuff just disappears ? It's happened to me before but the lost item turned up after 2 weeks, but this time it's coming up for 5 now. I bought through ebay and the seller said I have to chase it up my end, but when you call royal Mail they just say they can't do anything.
This is the tracking RA846298707HK

Does it contain anything that UK customs might have any issues with?

Hi Space Phoenix .. It's a pair of Bicycle pedals. I've ordered at least 4 sets of these before from the same seller. They are made of plastic with a metal spindle.

Size is not important, goods are goods. The Taffy wrote:... is only a small package so don't think it's subject to customs anyway...
No, you need to claim from the seller via eBay.The Taffy wrote:It's happened to me before but the lost item turned up after 2 weeks, but this time it's coming up for 5 now. Did you make a claim through eBay?The Taffy wrote:I bought through ebay and the seller said I have to chase it up my end...
If you had bought this from an EU based seller then you would have protection under the distance selling regulations, and would have had a legal right to your money back. As the seller was from outside the EU, you are reliant on eBay's return policy or making a chargeback on your credit card, though neither are certain to work.
