I have 2 parcels and a letter, sent a different time by tracked and signed for service to Belarus. I also sent other items at the same time as these.
The items that the tracking states "On the way tominsk" from the heathrow dc twice hace not reached the destination, those that have this status once have arrived.
Last time it happened this time last year the claims team said they were found in the corner at heathrow.
I have spoken with the Belarus postal service and customs and they have confirmed the parcels never arrived.
The only way I see is to fill in a claim form and allow the slow process to go ahead when all I want is the packages to be delivered.
So is there a way to contact the dc at heathrow for them to search the depot?

Sadly no, its a question we get asked a fair bit, but we don't have any contact numbers for that office, and they don't have official phone numbers that Customers can call.Lavskaya62 wrote:So is there a way to contact the dc at heathrow for them to search the depot?
