can i pick up item without red card?

i got a red card which said i need o pay some custom fee's.

i have since lost that. can i still pick the item up with proof of identity. any suggestions on how i can get my item?

Take the best proof of identity that you can, ideally a passport or something else with a photograph, and it's likely that you will be able to pay for and collect it.

Not that it makes a difference but the Charges Due cards are normally Grey rather than Red so you may still have it as you were expecting it to be a different colour.

Without a card you would/should need proof of ID & address
