Contacting National Returns Centre?

Post by Dj9928 »

So here’s the problem. I sent an item from eBay special delivery. Guy gave an incomplete address so it didn’t get delivered and I never put a return address so it’s at national returns centre about 3 days now. I phoned RM they took all details and a description along with both addresses etc what are my chances of getting this back? Can I contact the returns centre myself? I believe it’s in Belfast and I’m about 10 miles away from Belfast myself. Or should I just let RM do it’s thing and wait?

If you submit a P59inland lost parcel form, or online equivalent, it will help Royal Mail to get it back to you.
