Parcel stuck in Langely HWDC
The trackers indicate my parcel from USA arrived and passed through customs 8th September 2022 and is still at Langley HWDC (30/09/2022). How much longer do I have to wait?

As with all these things, that is up to customs. As they choose random batches of mail for additional checks there is no set time for clearance. 3 weeks is not that unusual.
If you tell us what is inside the package we can let you know if there may be an issue with the contents.

To get an answer to that we always suggest contacting an official Royal Mail channel, we are NOT one of them. We do have a permanent post offering advice at https://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/customers.php#langley
But for insights etc it's always best to provide the tracking number, and if coming from overseas a brief description of the contents so we can check the Prohibitions and Restricted lists. Sometimes just suspicion by Customs your item falls on these lists can cause delays. The tracking number gives no personal information at all except perhaps which town the item was delivered in, and where it was when last scanned.
