As usual, media doesn't give all the facts and so joe public think postmen/women are going on strike for 19 days! Typical.

Its not about backlogs FFS.
We are trying to put the wind up parcel customers that if they stick with RM then their businesses are going to face major disruption and losses heading in to their (and RM's) most profitable time of year.

If we are a parcel company (that also delivers a few letters) then our parcel customers starting to desert RM and move to competitors in their droves is what will win this dispute for us.

No parcels = no jobs. Way to win
