I had a parcel that was due to go to Putney DO after landing in the UK on Thursday, but on Friday it ended up at the Earl's Court DO, and was "re-routed immediately".
The last scan was on Friday - "Item Received" at Earl's Court DO, 08:07 - but nothing since.
Is this normal, or should I be worried?

without the tracking number to see any progress, it's difficult to give advice. But based on what you have posted yes this is normal

I wasn't sure if it would be considered "safe" to post it publicly, but given the red name I would assume so! The tracking is LH179020761US; the website doesn't show me any updates but in case anyone at RM has access to more in-depth info it'd be very much appreciatedTrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑27 Sep 2022, 09:30without the tracking number to see any progress, it's difficult to give advice. The tracking number doesn't give us any access to personal details, not even the intended address or GPS, all it gives us is when and which facility scanned it.
Unfortunately, as we are not an official site we can't access the admin privileges on track. However, @RoyalMailhelp on twitter do have that access and they may be able to get more information for you. If you are on twitter send them a general request for help, they will then ask for a DM and will take it from there.
But from what I can see from the tracking, the Mail Centres are scanning the international items only the Delivery Offices. So it's possible its now at the Mail Centre and will be sent on in due course to your local Delivery Office. It looks like from viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&start=360 that there are sporadic delays at some MCs.
