package stuck in london amu ?

hi! my package has been stuck in london amu for a week now it says the item is leaving the UK and is on its way to the destination country, no updates since the 16th of september getting a bit worried.. the tracking number is RU830752442GB any help would be highly appreciated
the item is just a little handmade necklace i got! but there seems to be some difficulties im a bit impatient

Royal mail is surely having some issues. My parcel is also stuck with the same status but it's been 3 weeks now. I contacted the postal service in my country and they said it's not yet handed to them. Then i contacted royal mail and they said it should be in customs. Usually i get my parcels from UK in 8-10 days, this one has been 27 days now, I'm hoping the status might update by the end of this month or else I'll just have to consider it lost.

They are probably checking it in Uzbekistan customs. https://www.royalmail.com/uzbekistan

Precious metals, alloys and products made out of them are restricted items, but even if there is no precious metals or alloys, they are probably checking to make certain.

probably but ive checked with my post office ive tried to trace my package from the site they have but it says not found the necklace is just made out of beads too ive checked beforehand they dont seem to have restrictions for that atleast i think so
but ill check with the post office again

If its anything like the UK, Customs won't inform the postal service that they are holding it, only when Customs release it in the UK does Royal Mail know where it is.
