Parcel Not Delivered

Hi,

I posted at 2nd class signed for medium parcel on Friday 2nd September. Currently on the official RM website it just says Accepted at Post Office.
I however know that it is sitting in Atherstone Peak DC for some reason as I have a friend that works in my local depot and has been able to track via the internal RM system.
It says that it should have been delivered on Monday 5th September by 3pm, this update was entered at 8:43pm that night.
I don’t know why it would be in Atherstone DC as it was supposed to be delivered in Greater London (ebay authenticator site for trainers).

Tracking number is NV384691629GB destination postcode is HA4 0BH/21A (House number).

I called RM customer support and she was more annoyed at me than me at them based on I had the info about the parcels whereabouts when I hadn’t paid for the service :crazy:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, we can't help with that specific parcel as we are not an official site.

However, some inside info, my office gets parcels from Atherstone, its a Hub that processes parcels for the Yorkshire area, and that's why its ended up there.

But they are a new site and let's say there have been teething difficulties. My office has been getting parcels for other offices all over Yorkshire from this Hub, and we have to send them back to get routed correctly.

It may be that your item has suffered the same problems. The good news is if it got scanned last night then there is a chance it will be delivered either today (unlikely) or early next week if it doesn't have any more issues.

Thank you for your reply. However it wasn’t scanned last night so I don’t think there is much hope for it as it’s been sat there 2 weeks.
