I had a parcel coming which was sent on 25th. It last updated on 31st saying item is leaving the UK ( on the official website) and on third party apps it says it's in london amu.
It has been 10 days now with no update, should i consider it lost? Is there anyway i can contact london amu?

No after 10 days I would think its delayed in customs rather than lost. As to contacting a specific department, that's not possible for 2 reasons. 1. They don't have a customer service point and don't have the processes in place to deal with customer issues. 2. The sheer volume of mail that passes through there daily, its in the 100s of thousands.
If there is an issue then its always a case of using the publicly available numbers that start 0345.

So i guess i should wait for another week as it might have got delayed due to RM strikes ( possibility) or maybe in customs.
Usually i get the courier from UK to india in 8 days this time it's over 15 days now. First i thought maybe it's stuck in the customs for some reason but if that's the case then it should be showing in the tracking.

My last international signed letter to India took 3 weeks between posting in an UK Post Office and showing as arriving in a Indian airport..
This was last month. It should finally be delivered this week..

, it's been 18 days in total so i guess it might come this month. ( Fingers crossed )
