Re: Prolonged action = changes in contracts?
It really is looking like we will need a full week out at a time...
Because as much as nobody wants to go short of money if this Simple Simon gets his way none of us will want to stay working here!
I never thought I would say that after 28 years but it's win this one or find another job I think

That £1million a day went to shareholders, him and his colleagues at the top of the tree.
Simon - who is going to sign your new slave labour contract?. Do you really think you can find 110,000 people to sign it, even if you did - you will have a very hard time retaining staff.

Re: Prolonged action = changes in contracts?
Heās saying that prolonged strikes will put the company in such a bad state that going forward they might have to use different contracts but blatantly wants it also to be read as a threat to those already worried that they could get their contract changed if they strike..
Surely he doesnāt actually mean this second one

Well the word āteamā is in bold and isnāt ācleanā
Heās also been on to vehemently deny it. Heās not the sharpest tack but I donāt believe him to be THAT stupid.

Re: Prolonged action = changes in contracts?
From the posts I have seen from him in varying places I worry that this might be false. He doesn't seem to backtrack. He seems to accept all comments, only rebuking people when the language gets a bit naughty. I also saw a comment where he said, this dispute will be resolved. He also said in another, be respectful of one another, we have to work together again after the dispute. I just get a feeling someone is trying to stir people up.

It was also supposed to have been send to an individual via PMā¦
Even he wouldnāt refer to an individual as āteamā
Donāt want to stick up for the cretin but posts like that can cause unneeded worry & concern for people

Even if it wasnt posted by him on WP, it is the sort of thing that could be deliberately planted just to spread some fear. Get the message out without officially getting the message out.
