If this is true then it's to be expected. They'll be looking at the data and for every minute not logged as "worked" outdoors they'll be seeing that as a way to give frontline staff an extra minutes work.

It seems that Simon has pretty bad English. His spelling is poor - and he always - does these hyphens - as he - doesn't know how to punctuate.


Also, is he really worrying about walking pace when most people skip their breaks, many start early and a lot of people door step parcels.... people are going too fast if anything.

Time spent on the doorstep. Depends on how quickly people can be asked to get up and answer the door, how many pieces of Domino`s crap we put through the door, and how many times we have to photograph packets of little or no value.
