If this is true then it's to be expected. They'll be looking at the data and for every minute not logged as "worked" outdoors they'll be seeing that as a way to give frontline staff an extra minutes work.

Cut corners = get more work because the computer/PDA data says you can.

They are basically giving you the rope to hang yourselves.

Wake up and do the job properly.

This is about introducing "gold standard" performance standards.

I seriously doubt doing the job properly is the issue, in fact it's probably those very people he intends to target with this.

“Time set at doorsteps”. Does anyone have any idea what he means? The time at the doorstep is how long it takes. There are far to many variables to even begin ‘analysing’

he probably intends to give you ''gold stars' if you can run around a duty like Usain Bolt, we'll end up like staff at Mcdonalds with a 5 star award and you get a bonus or whatever. the blokes a moron.

Part of me can’t wait to see his face when he realises he’s just forced thousands and thousands of his own employees to be less efficient and “profitable”

PLEASE tell me there are colleagues on Workplace fighting back against this complete and utter psychopathic moron???
To be honest i would hope anyone on Workplace will delete their account/app, i just don't get why you would want to be on it in the first place.

It seems that Simon has pretty bad English. His spelling is poor - and he always - does these hyphens - as he - doesn't know how to punctuate.

Also, is he really worrying about walking pace when most people skip their breaks, many start early and a lot of people door step parcels.... people are going too fast if anything.

If he wants to introduce a time limit at doorsteps then poor Doris is going to be visiting the Delivery office a lot more because she can't make it to the door in time.

Must admit my partner & I no longer show any enthusiasm for the job, no rush to get out, soon as we hit time we bring it back, even if it's just a handful of letters, any goodwills gone, looking around it's general, Simons destroyed us :silenced

For someone in charge of a multi billion £ business his command of the English language is appalling. That might be the reason he doesn't like letters - he can't write properly. :left:

analyse
verb
1.examine (something) methodically and in detail, typically in order to explain and interpret it.
"we need to analyse our results more clearly"

Analise
verb
1.Something completely different I'm told.
Time spent on the doorstep. Depends on how quickly people can be asked to get up and answer the door, how many pieces of Domino`s crap we put through the door, and how many times we have to photograph packets of little or no value. Two customers today commented that it must make time spent on our walks longer. The customers sympathise and get it. Why can`t SS.?

Yes, me included. It all falls on deaf ears or he just doesn't reply.
No surprise that he doesn't respond but hopefully at least he reads it.

Then again why do people respond to his posts, imagine how p'd off he would be if he posted something and not one person responded!
