Can someone track this ? LV666244852US , it's been in Royal Mail MC Glasgow since the 8th of July. Why is it still there ?

Sorry, that's not something we can help with, we are not an official site so can't give official answers.
But on the insight part it could be a case of the label being damaged, or somehow unreadable for the next scan. If so it's highly likely it has been sent to Belfast where they investigate parcels like this in an attempt to deliver them or reunite them with the sender.
You'll need to contact Royal Mail Customer services and be ready to give information about the parcel, they will enter this into a database and this will increase the chances of retrieving it.
What I have suggested may not have happened, but it is one of the more likely scenarios.
