I ordered a tracked 24 service and it got collected on Monday, it is now Friday and it has just been sat at Jubilee MC for the past four days, is it lost? I called customer service yesterday and all they could say was that 'it could be delayed for a number of reasons'. Is this a usual occurance for items that travel through Jubilee MC?

Same here. Perhaps they are overloaded with post items. And there is a strike going on so.
