I posted a return by Tracked48 on 4th August and on the tracking it appears to be stuck at Preston Mail Centre (no update since 5th August). I’ve confirmed with the retailer and they haven’t received the item yet so I’m considering putting a claim in to Royal Mail for the item being lost.
The issue is I have no real proof of postage as the barcode wouldn’t scan during collection so the email states my collection was unable to be fulfilled, would the tracking data count as proof of postage as it seems obvious to me the item was collected when it is in Preston, regardless of the email saying it couldn’t be fulfilled.
