Outbound parcel stuck at Langley HWDC
Hello.. I have my out outbound parcel (4 page document) from UK to India stuck at Langley HWDC for about 3 weeks with status "Item Bagged" in both Royalmail and India delivery partner tracking systems. Could there be any specific reasons for this as the SLA for international tracked is 5-7 days? Any chance of getting the parcel back to my address ( I wrote the sender address)? Thanks.

We are not an official site so we can only offer an insight.
What you posted has all the signs of being stuck in customs on the Indian side. Over the last year we have had a fair few queries similar to yours. They seem to stop tracking in India, but eventually do turn up, though the delays can be quite long.
As to the items being returned, unless delivery is refused, or Customs reject it, there is no way for it to be returned before delivery is attempted.
