rogerrabbit - totally agree with you, a specialised job should receive the wage it is entitled too, but I doubt the union would be bothered by a few hundred of us that do callers duty.

Major Customer Collection Drivers (to be jointly defined at National Level);
Benefits Agency/Customer Mailroom;
Leadership roles (formerlt PHG 'A');
Heavy Goods Vehicle Driving (HGV);
Postbus (PSV);
VCS/MAA;
IMP/MTT;
Advanced TPM;
non-school training.
