Hi All,
My letter was posted from Pakistan to UK and it reach your office Langley on 24 June.
It's just a simple envelop with important documents for my new born passport.
You keep delaying it because it's in your office for a week now.It was a registered mail with the the Tracking number RB092014025PK.
For God sake just delivered it to my house address in UK.
My new born is facing medical conditions and these documents would help her get her passport.
Such unprofessional and disgusting approach from you.

I have an item sent special delivery. Monday 18th the post office received it! Apparently it’s now arrived at Jubilee MC 3 days later that’s only a few miles away. I’m not holding my breath!

Are you sure you mean Special Delivery? That is guaranteed to arrive next working day, and is very reliable.

Oh yes it’s Special Delivery, that’s why I’m laughing! I’ve told the sender they can get the postage back when I put my tracking number in it says Special Delivery

I think they suspended collections because of the heat in the London Area on Monday and Tuesday, so although it was accepted at the PO it never made it any further. It may be caught in the backlog. Hopefully, it will arrive with you tomorrow.
You should still be able to make a claim but without Air Conditioning in the vehicles it was hell on Tuesday even in Yorkshire - 43c at one point before they called everyone back.
Also, it was scanned at the PO at 18:27 - that's probably after, or very close to the last collection time (most are 1800hrs) SO it wouldn't have moved till 19 Jul, and delivery should have been 20 Jul. Still late but I strongly suspect the suspension of collections has caused the further delay.
