TRACKED 24 & 48 ***QUESTION***

Post by Business15 »

So after having great service sending normal 1st Class Parcels and 2nd Class parcels with only delivery confirmation, i would like to know if Tracked 24 always gets there next day and Tracked 48 in 2 days as i may start using this service, also are they always scanned until the end with GPS and delivery confirmation?

Please can a postie let me know if Tracked 24 and 48 parcels are considered priority before standard delivery confirmation 1st and 2nd class parcels?

Lately Royal Mail have been performing fantastic! Thank you.

Tracked 24 and 48 won't always get there on time because of the vagaries of innumerable issues. But they are planned to be delivered within their separate specifications.

Inside tip, Specials are always no 1 priority they should get delivered on their timescales every time as they are the premier service for Royal Mail.

Everything else SHOULD receive the same treatment whether they are tracked, letters or ordinary parcels. However, this is the inside bit, tracked will always be prioritised over the others by some offices because the pipeline is more visible to the public and senior managers. :shhhhh

I have recently sent 4 parcels - 2 Tracked 24 and 2 Special Delivery.
Both Specials failed and the Tracked 24 were delivered the next day.
Coincidence?
