Trying to make sense of this tracking

Post by bobloblaw »

Hey all, if anyone has any advice with this one I'd appreciate it.

Sent this via Tracked Returns 48 a week ago. Was marked ready for delivery at the DO Saturday, then retained for some reason (presumably the business wasn't open Saturday?), then sent to a farther away MC than the one it had come from. Scanned there 4 times, now no updates since Sunday. Still marked as ready for delivery, though obviously it's not. Is it worth calling customer support, or will they have no more information than what's listed here?

Possibly an issue with the address on the label. Looks as if the inward MC has sent the item to the DO who've then returned it. If it had been missorted to the wrong DO I would have expected them to scan it as a missort

It doesn’t matter, it’s a return. Your job is to take it to the Post Office and get the proof of postage. Everything after that is the retailer’s problem.
