If you went to a 4 day week it would be on the 4 days they want you, not necessarily 4 days together. You could find yourself just working one day on, one day off.......

This would be wonderful. 4 day week. 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on.......

Most likely thing that would happen is duties would be advertised that includes Sunday working on a rota basis, undoubtedly there would be people happy to work Sundays and have an extra day off in the week instead
