So, I was emailing a label to print for a friend sending me a very personal item that was already used. I genuinely didn't mean to do it and now I'm worried it won't turn up tomorrow as it's important to arrive! What will happen to the item? Will it just arrive and I'll pay it? Or do staff not give enough of a damn to worry about £7 and it'll turn up?

You might receive one of those grey cards that tell you there is an outstanding fee to pay. Might take a day or so longer than normal post for the card to reach you.
