Trust Surveys are like Speed Cameras.

They’re a deterrent.

w*****s still get to drive really fast and dangerously and then when they know there’s a camera they act all saintly.

Managers get to act like c***s but when Trust Survey is around the corner they act all saintly.

The only way you’ll stop management being twats is punishing them in their pockets by not taking part.

No you didn't.
You had a record number of responses but since it was possible to submit a response as many times as you liked in any office you desired it's technically possible that only one colleague took part 97,228 times and that might even have been you Simon since the trust survey allowed managers to submit responses.

It was a farce and a waste of time and money.

On the notice board yesterday the participation percentage figure was 160% for one of the shifts. Now unless this was a typo it verifies the above. Also a possibility of agency participation.
