Big Trust Survey - flash results

Thank you to everyone who took part and supported this year’s Big Trust Survey.

We saw a record number of colleagues taking part – 97,228 of you, which is over 30,000 more than last year!

We’re now able to share the headline result that we have achieved a Trust Score of 68. This is up six points on last year and represents an incredible improvement against a back-drop of considerable change, including the biggest change in how our operational management is structured in decades.

More detail will be available from Monday, when local and functional results will be shared

It’s now time to work together as a team to review your results, discuss your feedback and create action plans to focus improvement activity on what matters most to you.

Hearing from you was the first step, now we must focus on taking action, but we are moving in the right direction.

Trust score is supposed to be 70% to trigger bonuses for management...

Does he know we never have any action plans either formulated or enacted as a result of this charade?

And they are going to pay a bonus to some bellends on the back of the dubious results?

No you didn't.
You had a record number of responses but since it was possible to submit a response as many times as you liked in any office you desired it's technically possible that only one colleague took part 97,228 times and that might even have been you Simon since the trust survey allowed managers to submit responses.

It was a farce and a waste of time and money.

We're not moving in the right direction. Everything about this guy is bogus. No action whatsoever will be taken.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Si, f**k off with your patronising bullshit. And when you've done that, f**k off a bit more. You are embarrassing yourself with this crap

Given the ways things have gone since the survey closed, do you seriously think any of your "team" has the remotest bit of trust in someone who is stabbing them in the back?

Senior HR Business Partner

So positive to see how many people took part in the big trust survey this year and a trust score of 68 is a great progress.
Now as the unit scores are released we have a great opportunity with the action plans to continue to work with teams and build trust even more.

Planning Manager Parcelforce

This is good news and good of the board to accept 68% is worth of bonus unlock!
One issue with bonus, we in RELAY were promised we would be measured on our individual contribution and PDR in relation to where we were place on the grid, but have now been told we are getting a blanket middle of the road rating. I and other feel this is unfair as we have definitely gone the extra mile, worked unpaid over time a I personally have been working well above my grade for over 2 years (my regrading keeps being rejected by senior management).
Should we not be reviewed for bonus on our personal contribution fairly?

A trust score of 68 is actually pretty s***e, Simon. Considering that we're all supposed to be one big happy TEAM led by a clown with a big red nose that's getting longer by the day, that is. ;liar

Trust and culture is worse than ever in the company , and after the comments and what said today it has probably dropped even lower , thinks its time to get rid of all the upper management as they dont have a clue what work we do so :wave

Sorry if I'm missing something, but where in Slymon's statement does it say 68% is worthy of bonus unlock?

EDIT: my bad, having read the second post properly it makes sense to me now.
