Special delivery not arrived

I was expecting a special delivery item to arrive today but all it’s telling me is it’s in transit and on it’s way to another mail depot can I expect this to arrive tomorrow as it’s a sat it’s so frustrating nothing has been updated since 7.22pm yesterday

Somebody apparently read the postcode as PE and sent it to Peterborough and it was re sent to Newcastle last night. They have received it and despatched it to Durham. They could attempt delivery today.

Apart from running late, I don't see anything wrong with that tracking. Peterborough MC is the MC that covers the area where it was posted. They dispatched it to Tyneside MC which covers the DO that's due to deliver it

Thanks everyone for your help it looks like it’s arrived at my nearest office in Durham hopefully they may deliver it today I can honestly say Royal Mail have always been brilliant when I’ve had items posted before special delivery but at least it’s not lost somewhere better late than never once again thanks everyone for kindly replying

Same happened with me... royal mail as lost my foreign documents and not taking responsibility
Tracking shows that it is somewhere in warrington office but executive say they had sent it back to hmpassport office.....v pthetic
