Morning,
tracking no : NY216094567GB
Shows a special delivery by 1pm left Carlisle at 5:40am this morning to travel the 20 miles to my local Delivery office of Dumfries. It is now 11:40 but it still dosent show as being received at Dumfries yet.
Usually what happens is about 90 minutes after leaving Carlisle it updates to show received at Dumfries then after another 40 or so minutes changes to out for delivery.
What has happened on the 20 mile Road trip from Carlisle to Dumfries this morning?.

Hi, yes it was delivered about 1pm so it must have not been scanned when it got to the delivery office or when it went out for delivery.
