Hi! My parcel has been stuck at the London AMU since 5th April and I'm getting a little impatient - I read online that some people never received their package and its status was stuck at London AMU. Do you think I will ever get my package and if so, do I have to wait long? The tracking number is :

Whom should I contact regarding this? I sent the parcel by Royal Mail, and they are saying they don't any further information regarding my parcel.

The tracking tells you when it passed certain points, which is quite different to where it is.

India Post don't seem to have been tracking UK International Tracked items for the past 4-6 months.
The chances are that the item has been delivered already or will be within the next few days.
Don't expect the tracking to update though!
The only item I have had tracked within India successfully recently from the UK was sent 'International tracked and signed' not just 'International tracked'

If the item hasn't arrived already, it should do so within the next few days. Can you check with the recipient?
What are the contents of the parcel? Assuming it's not something Indian Customs don't like, I wouldn't expect it to be there. You can't tell due to the lack of tracking within India.
Indian Post has Covid related delays.
