I would be grateful for any advice as sadly have got nowhere trying to call Customer Service....
A parcel was posted to me yesterday (to arrive in Norwich, Norfolk), with me having paid for Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm today arrival. It was vital I received it today before Easter...
The parcel was posted at the Fulham depot, and the tracking data shows this:

So 1pm today has come and gone, and from the tracking data it would seem that it did not leave Fulham DO yesterday.
Is that possible? Or do I have to start considering (the truly awful given the contents) possibility that this parcel has been lost/stolen? I had assumed that the SD guaranteed service would give me a bit more information and reassurance and now I am very worried indeed. Can anyone advise?

without a tracking number to see the full tracking trail, it's difficult to say with any certainty what has happened, but from what you have posted it doesn't even appear to have made it to a mail centre. It may have been left in error at that Delivery Office, if so, it won't help but the sender can claim postage back, and some compensation depending on what cover they got with it.

Our depot received no specials to deliver yesterday .. problem with them in the main sorting office so none actually got distributed this is probobly the case with yours also .. it will arrive Tuesday at a guess as no delivery tomoz
