Can someone please advise me.
If a special delivery was paid for and collected on Thursday and has arrived at the main manchester depot (shows on tracking) does this mean i will get it tomorrow when normal services resume. I always tend to receive special deliveries on a saturday.
Nornally it will show on tracking that the parcel goes from main manchester post depot to the local post depot through the night. Will services be operating tonight so that the parcel gets to local depot tonight for delivery tomorrow?
Thanks

Re: advice
If the poster of the SD paid for Saturday Special Delivery then you should get it tomorrow, that's how it works in my office, But if only send "Normal" special delivery then, you might get it tomorrow, as you have in the past received them on a saturday. But as far as I'm aware it is only guaranteed for delivery next working day, in this case Tuesday by 1pmMsKay48 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2022, 17:44Can someone please advise me.

SD items are not sent to local delivery offices in Manchester until Friday night/Saturday morning. It will have been scanned as despatched but will remain at the the MC until tonight.MsKay48 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2022, 17:44Can someone please advise me.

Re: Working Easter Sunday?
If you used email, did you get one with an ETA?
I ordered something SD without a Saturday guarantee in Liverpool and I received an email saying it will arrive on Saturday. So I imagine that you will get it!
