Hey all hope you guys are well!
I was due to get a package about a 2 weeks ago from England (I’m in NI) and it seems to be stuck in Bristol MC!

Is it due to the impact of covid on the MC that made it get stuck in the backlog? It was sent via SD before 1PM!

You may have been due to receive it 2 weeks ago, but the sender posted it on the 31st, so 11 says ago. That is still way too long though.
What is inside? And is it something you bought online?

The person who posted it did call RM and they said it was due to staffing problems due to covid related sickness and I just want confirmation that this is the reason

Ok update!
Got off the the phone with RM customer service and they say that the MC in question is fine and back up to standard so it might of went walk about between Bristol and NI MC!
You can go ahead and lock this if needs be!

Dolls house furniture presumably, due to the severe size limit on SD.
If it hasn’t arrived in the time that the seller said it would then you need to make a complaint via eBay. Ultimately it is up to the seller to chase RM, not you.
